Huge Disabilities Law Violations Resulted by the Economic Recession

With the economy on the dumps, a lot of employers, housing, and business entities are suddenly forgetting what the American Disabilities Act and Law is about. Either way, yes it is imperative that the culprit is "money", it does not mean that we forget that violations can cause us more than we are trying to save or cut in expenses. Some of these said rampant violations can be when employers are trying to cut down hours, laying off employees causing the remaining employees with disabiltiies undue hardships and unreasonable accomodations. So, if you feel that your employer is giving you injustice in terms of added task, more challenges as resulted from the recession, an individual with disability should not merely accept such terms but in turn should report these violations to the authorities.
